The Turner business plan nonsense is buying time or some type of subterfuge.

The clause Turner added to the proxy statement that allows DGF to vote their fully diluted shares - since abstaining counts as no vote - and Turner hasn't been concerned about getting the proxy information out - he must know that he has the shares for a reverse split.
