Hi Randy ..I'd have to chk but I believe the statement was that there was no safety issues bad enough to stop the trial and that the trial would not be stopped for futility .
Re safety issues ...there was a concern about RLF-100 lowering blood pressure . But this is easily treated as we are seeing in the updates from the Fire Capt.

Not stopped for futility ... The trial has 2 arms ...one SOC and RLF-100 and one SOC and placebo. What we want to see is a steady separation in those arms ...in all the data they are checking ....inflammatory markers , lung x rays etc . If they had not seen the arms separating in the first 30 patients ,then they would have considered stopping the trial for futility

So drug works .....just how well and in which patients its works the best in ...we need to find out.
