The board on that company is ridiculous and would take an hour to read their accomplishments.
The President & CEO James E. Hock or (Jim) successfully completed more than 1000 equity offerings, raised more than 17 billion...(yes $billion)in new capital for emerging growth companies.
He was elected board of directors of National Investment Banking Ass. (NIBA)
Today NIBA members represent over 75 billion $$$$ in assets under his management.
