Guessing what the plaintiffs are going to do I can't say. Don't know how much it's costing them to sue and if they feel the cost is worth the risk of not winning. But I think the financing will come (or it won't) independent of the suit. It's pretty clear if they can secure financing of at least a $1m, the basis for the suit disappears. They can bring the filings current and finish the bulk testing, which I've been told will lead to as much financing as we want. That is if the bulk tests come back good. Auric has been working with Barrick on the sodium thiosulfate leaching methods and if they can get good results, with gold at all time highs, getting money won't be a problem.
