links are not needed when there are axioms, and the math is the axiom. If Offor is calling the shots as you say, then he owns a majority and if that's true then there are shorts.

I've provided links to a done deal with Total, see 400 page document.

ERHC paying a dividend and/or receiving shares of TOT is a natural extension of any deal with Total.

No links needed when common sense need only applied.
