For patients with a high burden of metastatic disease, is it correct to look to the Leronlimab as shutting down the potential for new metastasizes? Or will it also be tumoricidal?

Would it be beneficial to use ablative radiotherapy for existing metastasis in combination with Leronlimab?

I am interested to understand how it will be used in the metastatic setting as well as the adjuvant one.

For triple negative M0 breast cancers, it could be used in a manner similar to herceptin.
