IMHO, they did not hit the ball out of the park but they did have a good earnings and this is COVID time so you expect weaker earnings. The CFO is retiring (not quitting) and will still be on the board.
So we have had two days of selling that amount to around 26% reduction but the stock is still up 27% YTD and has a great history. I was told that they are the 6th largest retailer in China. To me that is a buying opportunity. If there were some kind of systemic change in the market or accounting fraud it would be a different matter but that does not seem to be happening and so it is just profit taking on a stock that was up 53% YTD before the sell off.
When people see a good stock they say "If it would only sell off so I can get in." and then when it does sell off the same people say "I don't want to catch a falling knife.". IMHO, if you want it for the long term then now is the time to get in.
