I would guess big companies, its under a dollar. Valuation is on the stocks being tendered, example Xross was bought by Nortel for 3.25Billion in a 8:1 stock swap. with selling window restrictions.
So all shares of PMCB will be replaced by another stock, over a dollar. Everybody is happy, Thermo Fischer gets there COVID TEST
