If word of mouth is their go to, then why have an IR person?

Callie ( as the IR department ) comprises more than 10% of the workforce at VSTR

Why? Especially if word of mouth is good enough.

If you just want to keep social media updated, you could just contract firms that do that, or hire some kid like Kelton Hardrict Jr. from Deuce Drone who would work cheap and do a bang up job.

Wouldnt that make more sense in a cash strapped company?

Additionally, after the new hires, the quality of the CC should have gone up a couple of notches, and it most certainly didnt.

Maybe Callie will grow into the position with time?
( maybe its just COVID, kids, etc )

Totally agree on the needing the cash customers, that has to be there
next ER.

Either way their followers are growing and they’re garnering attention. I’d like to see direct to potential client advertising for VSTR this just like you. They maintain word of mouth is their go to. Not really good enough for me. I’d like to see them get some cash clients and use some money to advertise for their direct benefit."
