Exactly sand, the CEO runs the company. Airys is a very confused person, and is obviously on an emotional rollercoaster not thinking clearly or something. It's like he's a raving lunatic without any life experience whatsoever, who has put his every last dime into snake oil. And I would have to say, Airys is being used in the worst possible way by a con man and a lumber yard bumpkin.
