If the SEC do end up halting us- they will, and it is extremely naive of us to think otherwise. Certainly if we are deserving of a halt then no number of pleads to the contrary will prevent that.

I am still long here and am hopeful of a positive outcome but we cannot pretend the company is completely blameless.

They are SOLELY responsible for this mess and the only people that can clean it up is the company.

Only withdrawing one PR implies that any un-withdrwan ones stand and I bet you that is why the lawyers have, for the moment, removed the spade with which SLJB were about to dig a deeper hole.
