Is it something like this? "Dear SEC, please don't halt my stock. It is being manipulated by someone. They can prove everything, but their lawyers won't let them."

I can almost hear the laughter now, Airys. I think you may be aiming the manipulation accusations in the wrong direction. Step back and look at the big picture. It sounds pretty silly, that a company could be at risk of halting (are they really?) but that they aren't allowed to release information which would clear everything up. They aren't allowed to release info which would exonerate themselves??? I've heard it all now.
