On page 16 of the same link above it states that the share structure was 2.2 billion in December 2017.
This share structure has not changed there has been no dilution ongoing since December 2017.
In 2016 Brian Goodman received 233 million common shares of elray at 0.0004 and he has not sold them as yet.
