Facts matter, and the facts of that deal are not fully disclosed. Yes, I am curious. Your question is mostly valid, I would like to know more about the mystery investor, but I'm hopeful it is good and reduced SRMX dilution. It has resulted in a new product being available, so that's good. A subsidiary and a parent are always run as separate companies and always have their own stock. Usually only the patent company stock is publicly traded.
