One of these days it will just pop to 2s with 30 40 mill volume and news will follow a couple days later to push higher

I appreciate your enthusiasm, but actions like that would require a catalyst and so far I just don't see any on the horizon.

However, I have seen 200,000+ in volume on an almost daily basis lately with a slight climb in price. Maybe it will be some kind of dumb blind run up but until the company becomes current I don't expect any action.
