The CEOs conflict of interest with the SunGen deal on the surface looks shady.. this shadiness was further highlighted by the fact he didn't address it in a meaningful way during Monday's call. IMO, this is pure arrogance and further erodes the trust investors may have in the company.
The message he conveyed on Monday was.. I hold the most shares in this company, screw you piss ants, you are nothing more than an annoyance to me.. as long as it benefits me I'll do whatever I want to do when I want to do it. Have a nice day and see you next time.
