Correct.

There is no such thing as Mikah as of 2015.

2015 10-K: "Mikah has accordingly ceased operating and is in the process of winding down and liquidating its assets."

My biggest concern is that I thought he once said that he was winding down MIKAH and yet here is stepping in taking half the profits.
