Doubtful, with the advent of drones it is cheaper and easier to do what all countries have done, militarize drones, they can go anywhere and not resricted to roads.Soon we will all need EMP guns,to shoot intrusive drones out of the sky. Or, just get an Eagle, they take them down fast.
