Of coarse they can, I am sure many have already been loading RLFTF at different times in the past 2 weeks. Robinhood traders are college kids who play the options markets but they also buy stocks so they use other accounts. I know because our kids have been doing that crap since Covid. It is insane what they do. But they have several accounts so they can trade other than on Robinhood. Each of our kids have 2 to 3 different brokers.

Just googled it. Said 10 million users in robinhood. That cant buy it.
