Look, DOJ IG made the same error. They fixed parts of that error 11 days after publishing, though not all (they've got an egregious miscitation of the congressional record still in there, for example).

Why is everyone being micromanaged by Barr making this error? Thinking face

Sounds like they want the act of opening criminal investigations into Trumpers to be a crime.

Maybe abuse of statute?
