I think the important part is Mark saying “he doesn’t like what happening on this stock ...and he doesn’t always agree with managements decision”

This does not say, to me, that anything nefarious is happening - it does say to me that Mark does not like the choices Anshu is currently making compared to last year or so.

Don’t know how much that’s worth - not a whole lot - but it does show a change in leadership direction a little. Again it doesn’t prove anything shady or nefarious is going on with Anshu ...just that Mark thinks they could be making “better” decisions
