It can't move beyond a penny since when? July 24th through Aug 13th there have been several trading days where the stock price hit and or stayed well above .01.

They can put out version 9.5.8 and it still won’t move beyond a penny.

Staying in the moment and not moving ahead is sufficient at this point. If this were version 9.5.8+++ then guaranteed the board wouldn't be talking about the pathetic PPS where this technology currently sits at. It would most likely be way out of price range for most individual investors to afford.
