Fred. The patients are on multiple drugs ...current SOC ( standard of care ) ...many on Rem , Dex etc plus a variety of others .
So we need to compare ...Active arm RLF-100 plus the existing drugs they are on ...vs just the existing drugs ( SOC ) ...thats the IV trial .

With the open label trial ...SOC with RLF-100 added ...they have results on 6 ? so far .
Think of it like tossing a coin ...if you toss it 6 times and it comes up heads 6 times in a row are you really convinced that tossing a coin will come up heads every time ?

Now if you toss the coin 28 times ( number of patients I think in the next open label up date ) ....and it comes up heads 28 times in a row ...well then you might think you really have something .
