It's called a circle jerk. He needs to borrow from loan sharks to do anything. The loan sharks then convert their loans to shares and the float and outstanding then grow and hurt the little guy.. if he was to try to do something bold, the share count would balloon. Obviously he plans for alot of new shares likely for conversions that could push the share count up to 750,000,000.00.. wtf
