Just saw that! I think that should clear up some of the concerns RMD had. Either way, once the funding is in I think we move pretty fast to get product to market and things turn quickly.

I'm not concerned about the notes, because I think they'll be settled soon enough. Management has too much incentive to get this to a 100 million market cap to let those get in the way.

I'm confident once this funding round is done that we will not be monkeying around with any more of this convertible notes nonsense! Any new investors aren't going to allow some Mickey Mouse penny stock toxic lender to have that kind of control over their investment here.

Raise 10+ million'ish dollars, which I'd think would be easy to do with the team in place and the product they are looking to sell, and those notes go away and leaves behind a nice chunk to get some product together and kick start their marketing plan.

We'll see what they are able to raise and I look forward to the ride north ahead!
