MrInvestorPro isn't quite the 2-dimensional pump-n-dumper we might imagine. He fairly often mentions his 3-shot method--today he spelled it out for those who've not read him before:

ok folks I'v been getting a lot of questions regarding my 3 shot strategy that I make very very clear to use in all my alerts. The pumpers won’t tell u this because they want all your money in at once but here’s how you utilize it:..... Whatever your investment capital is for a specific stock you enter in 3 shots once u feel it’s cheap or on my alert starting with 30% so for example if u have 10,000 you open your position for $3000. If it goes straight up great if it dips you add 35% or $3500 on any 5-10% dip depending the stock price and again if it runs from there great if it dips a further 5-10% you utilize your 3rd shot or $3500 in this case and you are full. Am you then stay patient and let it pay you. At this point assuming you have done your dd and entered when it was cheap your average is solid and your return is maximized and your risk is minimized.
