Q3 and Q4 AutoPro revenue will be above Q2 which was the bottom. Internal "game plan" is for positive operating cash flow in Q4.

Year-end 70,000 assets connected is Q4 loaded, 67k buildings, 2,500 oil & gas, 1,500 wind.

100k connected assets is the target during 2021.

The spending backed out of Adj. EBITDA is for M&A, financing, integration of acquired companies, and capital market uplisting, all non-recurring items.

Q3 revenue will grow over Q2.
