let's remember that the trustees are lawyers. when we hear that "the lawyers" are holding things up, i expect a play on words so that when Steve/Petar say the lawyers are holding things up, it may be the trustees who are holding things up.

steve should be able to do two things today:

1. tell us what concerns the lawyers have that are holding
things up. things could be held up forever.

2. certainly a PR could be written about anything company
related that the "lawyers" would have no objection to
such as: it is Steve's birthday, Steve got a haircut
an customers are responding positively, Steve bought a
new company tuck, Steve has a new favorite customer,
Steve's dog's name is Peter, whatever.
