How much dilution is left?
Miller's $4,594 Note converts at the ridiculously low price of $.00001/share = 459,400,000 free trading shares of stock.
So far he's gotten 200,000,000 shares
So there is 259,400,000 more to go plus any new interest the Note has earned since last reported.
Bolbat's $50,000 Note at $.0001/share will eventually be 500,000,000 shares after that.
That'll be enough for another authorized share increase before it's all said and done.
Maybe we see a press release soon so Miller can dump his new round of 70,000,000 shares into the news like he did on Friday, July 31st the last time he got a big chunk of stock.
