TCA knew they were going down in February, they may have just cut Shannon a break knowing the inevitable receiver would have to go along. No skin off their back, they, TCA were screwed anyway.

The initial transfer of the business, integration with the farmers market, and acquiring new customers to adjust to COVID likely reflected costs that were situational and will be reduced. Got to see the quarterly.
