Do the Swiss tax assets ? In the US he would not be taxed until he actually sold shares ( capital gains ) .
Timing of sale is questionable if it’s for “ tax reasons “ however it’s a small portion of his total position so market may have over reacted .

I’m more inclined to buy this sell off
