*READ RBII SHAREHOLDERS: Im heavily bullish/committed to RBII moving forward. I believe it is extremely undervalued at these levels and with all that has been announced and growth prospects all across the country...its the perfect storm for upward trajectory with growing revs and cash infusion to get this company back on track after the cbd venture that is impossible task to get off the ground for any small company with no revenue...We should all thank ART HALL for changing the focus for RBII and having the insight and probably luck as well to develop this new Oxi-Thyme business last year will working in lab with his colleagues. I also love the business model being a residual business...meaning contracts per service and the revenues roll in every time they perform their service or sell Oxi-Thyme for self application...Its not a 1 shot deal like Opti where you buy product and your done...with RBII...you have to continue to apply it which means revenue keeps pouring in..A true sanitizing/virus mitigation residual business just like TOMZ that trades at $1.80...We should start comparing more to that stock soon cause it is the SAME EXACT BUSINESS AS RBII and did $7M in revs last quarter...if you project out RBII $350K(june for the most part) x 3 months for Q3 that $1.05M a quarter the very least they should report in revs in q3 which would make a valuation about .22-.25 cents if you compared it to TOMZ.
Now..RBII hit .03 a couple of years ago with just about the same float with no revenue, a cbd dream, no oxithyme, lots of convertible debt, etc....Now they have reporting significant revenue just 1 month into launch and tremendous expansion all across the usa with Oxi-Thyme, and only $23k of convertible debt left which is nothing compared to what they had...So I have no doubts we can best that .03 EASILY now with all that is transpiring...In fact, I believe we can even best the OPTI run .10-.20+ range right now...cause we already earn more revenue 1 month into launch and RBII has about 350M less shares in OS. This is the world we live in today and these type of business are going to grow rapidly cause the demand is huge and has mass appeal...Its no longer a cbd niche product with all kinds of legislative red tape from state and federal government. RBII and Oxi-Thyme is about battling COVID19 and keeping people safe and also gives them a piece of mind to know they can come out in public and be safe...opening up business, schools, parks, transportation, arenas, offices, restaurants, nursing, hair and nail salons, gyms, bars, dr. offices, day care centers...THE LIST IS ENDLESS...virtually every business needs this now and its NOT going away even with a vaccine...cause vaccine may not work like the flu vaccine which many people still get the flu after getting the shot adn some people dont get vaccines...this is the new normal unfortunatley...and most experts are predicting this.
LOOK AT ALL EXPANSION---> & IN PROGRESS WITH RBII: $Look at all the states Oxi-Thyme is in and expanding to-NATIONAL CONTRACTS HINTED IN PR THIS WEEK...And they are setting up to handle National Contracts. Call some Oxi-Thyme affiliates up which is OWNED by RBII....their business is booming in 14 states now covering 73 major regions and expanding rapidly.
