Insiders selling going into news is usually a red flag. But alas, we are in COVID-19 times and it could be just merely an insider seen the chance for a quick mil and wanted to buy a house in cash. Can’t say the prices have been favorable towards everyone only reading for 3 pennies for who knows how long. But I could be wrong. But a less than 2% dump isn’t overly concerning just yet. If it was me going into bad news I would have dumped 10-20mil while the getting was still good.
