Yes there is still speculation around this right right now. Otherwise you wouldn't get it below 50 bucks per share obviously. None of the deals announced today are a sure thing as they aren't getting tired to mention which is the right thing to do. But don't forget they announced huge numbers in that 8k a few days ago, numbers which apparently aren't dependent on all the new possible deals, that would be in addition then going forward. I noticed there is always a ton of boiler plate risk attention stuff within their 8k's and as long as they aren't current on their SEC filings, they need to do that, otherwise the SEC would go after them as you well know.
