At the current PPS of BYOC even at 1 for 100 split that would only increase the PPS to about 15 cents. Not nearly enough for any kind of UPLISTING out of the OTC. By also reducing the authorized count with the split BYOC will still be basically fully diluted and still wont have enough shares left in their kitty to cover off the 11 million in liabilities.
