How do we even know that that ever made these loans to the company or if they haven't been repaid? I believe there are some here that would love to see the company fail and would say almost anything. How do we know these loans were ever made or that they weren't repaid?

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
