My lawsuit would be on the exercise price of the warrants that FHFA awarded Treasury. The day before, Fannie closed at $7.04. Freddie at $5.04. The warrants agreement has a definition for fair market value. It's average closing price of prior 20 trading days. Not a hundred thousand shares for a single dollar.
