The UW's had a Class 18 claim for $24M and a Class 19 Pref Equity claim for $72M approved in the POR. Later in 2012 the LT decided to deny both claims which the UW's opposed and thus began new settlement talks. In early 2013 an agreement was reached where the Class 18 $24M cash claim was denied in full and the $72M Class 19 Equity claim was allowed. That's what was agreed to, the UW's never dropped their Class 18 claim and requested to be placed in Class 19. They knew they had no case for renumeration of losses before the courts so they settled for something, rather than receiving nothing at all.
