Debt has been coming down year after year for a decade and in the last filings all debt had been paid off. I see no reason to think that the debt is more than the company is making. And I believe Eric wants to keep it tha way which is why he isn't spending tens of thousands to bring the financials up to date. When the time is right I believe he will.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
