Thanks for your efforts to get further information from FDIC.

What do you think about getting in contact with Prof. Ancharya ?
It might be good when you tell him the information you have got and your thoughts you have. Maybe he can support or knows contacs who can support, as he was working for FDIC in the past when I am informed right.
Also remember that he wrote an objection to the court and thus he should be on our side. And also when he just can confirm your thoughts it might be a benefit for us. He has much internal knowledge I guess.

What do you think about it ?
Otherwise the FDIC should be asked about their plan to get an agreement with JPM. What are they going to do and when. Otherwise it might really be a neverending story.
