there is not even a 2% chance dilution is happening. have you seen the ACC/DIST line? do you know what that is? do you believe the CEO? do you know they have a $10M blank check the CEO can execute so they don't need to come to dilution? this was supposed to be a $25M IPO now why would the company dilute at 50% discount so they could raise how much? the supposed dilution could not be more than $100K with this volume. These are the reasons I could think of in 30 seconds....

please stop talking about dilution it is unrealistic. you can sell whenever and move on
