I'm not sure, but how about making them mnufacture their own "air". Perform some sort of iHub community service on a set schedule to avoid Das Boot (or the Fryolator). Not sure what that service would be. Maybe write one post per week stating 500 times "I will not be a stinkin' Spammer", or something like that?? (Of course that post would have to come from their 3/day ration).
