Companies performing very very well in terms of IPR&D and partnerships so as always we disagree. You just focus on 1 aspect of the company only.

Comparables show this is worth way more and that Sonny is executing well in terms of IPR&D & partnerships. The fact that he struggled with sales and then sold off sales is what you want to see. Let's him focus on his strengths.
Also deserving mention is how well he's done reducing cash burn and cleaning up the balance sheet.

I don't give credit to Sonny for how he does offerings, except to acknowledge he has to work with what the market gives him.

The serious volume and churning shares is what keeps this from moving upward. Naked shorting helps flood market with new shares and that dilution pressure helps hold the price down.
