I'm doing the math all wrong but my point is still the same. Had the price been allowed to increase naturally there would be fewer shares. This tranche raising seems to help both keep the pps down but also increase the total OS so we have now doubled OS from before this all started. If tutes are holding the shares (isn't that the point of direct offerings?), Then they would hold over 50% of the OS now.
