$9 sounds great to me. The MC valuation when doing an offering seems irrelevant. Why would they need to lower the price down for institutional investors to get in? 2 mil or 20 mil OS the pps will reflect it. You might have to spell this out for me. They are not gaining any more or less control as dilution occurs and the future pps will be lower because of it.
