I dont think it makes sense for a company financially to acquire a dying company like ABMC. CV19 is why they havnt died completely during the pandemic, but they are ONLY distributing a test. If ABMC had developed their own test, then I think there was a possibility. But as it stands, I'll bet my ABMC shares it doesnt happen.
