I don't write (sell) any options so I wouldn't be able to use this.

If you don't mind me asking...if your p/l is not looking good...why do you do it? ...did you get there to that position with one very large hit?

I usually use fib fans and arcs to watch it bounce off the channels...along with indicators to confirm.
