BBANBOB......IMO, the closure of the receivership will never be done, unless there is a full forensic accounting of how this takeover was done in 2008... most of the key players have moved on, the bodies have been buried, and now, no one knows sh*t , from shinola, at this time... even the watchdogs cant tell exactly why this is being held up...from my point of view, the "Paper trails"are long gone, as to who got what from who, and for how much...now with the death of Sussman, things become more cloudy as time passes...usually, in a crime investigation, exhumation of the body is needed for evidence.... in this case, only a full review of the FDIC, JPMC, Sheila Bair, Paulsen, Geithner, and the key players is necessary to discover the truth about this fiasco...will it be done?... I hardly think so, since IMO, they are running out the clock... there is no urgency for them to settle this receivership, especially if we are headed into another recession...this non closure of the receivership is the last thing on the FDIC's mind... they have other pressing problems...JMO only, as I am waiting too....
