imo, Even a simple question, like where is the HOLDING Company property, that FDIC was not allowed to touch?

Where is the Book Value money that JPM was to pay, for desired items?

Where are the WAMU branches, that JPM didn't want? I thought FDIC was supposed to manage them?

Pretty simple questions, no financial and legal wizardry needed.
