Something I’ve never been able to reconcile... why would KM publicly trash a company in which he believes he owns 66.6 million shares? Was his direct contacting of active and prospective clients and shareholders of the company a result of KM feeling like he was “stiffed” out of his shares? Was he retaliating to divert attention from what appears to have been an illegal acquisition of those shares? Very puzzling. I hope we get answers one day.
